Brian Tholen, the founder and owner, was inspired to start Blue Line Home Watch after he saw first hand the need to watch over homes in the Lake Minnetonka communities. After 29 years of safeguarding communities and people’s homes as a police officer and managing his own properties (including one in northern Minnesota) and 20 years of owning rental properties in Wayzata, Brian and Blue Line Home Watch will bring the same level of vigilance and professionalism to caring for your property while you are away. Blue Line Home Watch will provide a “security blanket” for your home, prevent costly property damage, and will be your advocate to mitigate any problems that occur.
Brian is a graduate from the University of St. Thomas and the 275th F.B.I. National Academy in Quantico. He comes from a family that owned a plumbing business where Brian was “field trained” by his father and went on service calls as a teenager.
